Terms of Service
The terms and conditions governing your use of our platform and services.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and SireNet Global Solutions LTD governing your access to and use of our website, customer portal, APIs and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We strongly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication.
3. Identity verification (KYC/AML)
Access to certain services requires identity verification. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete verification information and documents, and to keep them updated. We operate KYC, AML, sanctions-screening and transaction-monitoring controls, and we may restrict, delay or decline services, or report activity, as required by law.
4. Our services
We provide a range of digital services, including IT consulting, virtual CIO (vCIO) services, cloud strategy & migration, cyber security, risk & compliance, enterprise architecture & systems integration, data analytics & artificial intelligence, IT implementation & managed support, crypto engineering, cross-border virtual cards, eSIM and data packages, virtual numbers, SIP, private RDP hosting, proxy and SMTP services, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and software development. Many services are delivered through authorised third-party providers and are subject to their terms, availability, eligibility criteria, and country and currency restrictions. Service descriptions, pricing and features may change.
5. Payments & wallet
You may fund your account wallet and pay for services using the methods we make available, which may include bank transfer and cryptocurrency. You are responsible for ensuring payments are accurate and made from legitimate sources. Wallet balances are held to pay for services and are not deposit accounts. Invoices are issued for completed orders. Pricing may vary by account type (individual, business or reseller).
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, spam, unauthorised access, circumvention of identity or platform controls, toll fraud, unsolicited messaging, or infringement of others' rights. Virtual numbers, proxies, SMTP, SIP and hosting are provided strictly for lawful, authorised purposes. Violations may result in immediate suspension and provider notification. Please review our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that third-party providers will perform without interruption.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant service in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to any service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a provider, or to protect the Platform and its users. You may close your account at any time, subject to settlement of outstanding obligations and applicable retention requirements.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Nigeria shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.
