The rules that govern how you may use SireNet Global Solutions LTD services β designed to keep the platform lawful, secure and abuse-free. This document forms part of your agreement with SireNet Global Solutions LTD.
1Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out prohibited activities on the SireNet Global Solutions LTD platform. It applies to all users and forms part of our Terms of Service. We may update it as needed to protect users, providers and the integrity of our services.
2Prohibited activities
You must not use any service to engage in or facilitate:
- Fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft or money laundering.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or unlawful marketing.
- Unauthorised access, hacking, malware distribution or network attacks.
- Circumvention of identity verification, geographic or platform restrictions.
- Distribution of illegal, harmful, abusive or infringing content.
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
3Service-specific rules
Virtual numbers, proxies, SOCKS, SMTP, SIP and RDP/hosting services are provided for lawful, authorised purposes only. Communication services must comply with anti-spam, anti-fraud and consent requirements. Hosting and infrastructure must not be used for prohibited content, resource abuse or attacks on third parties.
4Monitoring & enforcement
We monitor for abuse using automated and manual controls. Suspected violations may result in warnings, throttling, suspension or termination, forfeiture of affected balances, provider notification and β where required β reporting to authorities. We preserve evidence of serious violations.
5Reporting abuse
To report suspected abuse or a security concern, contact our Security & Abuse team at admin@sirenetsolution.com. We investigate all credible reports and act promptly.
